The transaction procedure for the house I bought was completed very smoothly during my stay in China. Rob answered my questions quickly every time I made, and arranged his team to visit the house once a month to make sure it was safe and sound, to arrange a gardener to take care of my garden till my return from China , and to hand over the keys in my new home and let me know how to turn on the boiler etc , which all these services were totally free! Now we have had been living in this sweet home for more than 2 months!
