The photos he took at a later visit were brilliant. Rob even came out again with no fuss to take a few more. The description was just as good.
His response times to queries by email and phone are quite impressive. Even when we accepted the offer on our house and then right through to completion, Rob was there helping us every step of the way.
He is still voluntarily helping us now with advice related to an unrelated purchase.
We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending and using Red Rooves again.
